Received a B.S. in Business Administration - Accounting from John Carroll University in 1988. Ms.
Ream has over 15 years experience in accounting management positions in the financial service,
retail and manufacturing industries. From 1991 - 1995 Ms. Ream held the position of Controller for
Datacorp Business Systems, Inc. During that time she was credited with improved cash management,
debt reduction of over 80% and accounting fee reduction of 86% while being responsible for all
accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, productivity reports,
benefit administration, payroll and payroll taxes for a staff of 120. From 1995-1998 Ms. Ream held the
position of Inventory Manager for Forest City Auto Parts where she was responsible for management
of $18 million in inventory for a chain of 71 retail stores.

From 1998 to May, 2000, Ms. Ream held the position of Controller for Unison Fiber Optic Lighting
Systems in Solon, OH. At Unison, she was responsible for all accounting functions at locations in
four states including financial reporting, cash planning and analysis, cost accounting for assembly
and continuous process manufacturing.
